Perfect for aperitifs!\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eArnaud's olive mix contains five of the most aromatic olive varieties: green olives, Picholine olives, black olives, purple Tailladées, and small Coquillo olives. These are marinated with thyme and preserved in brine with red wine vinegar and sunflower oil. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eArnaud – Olives from Provence\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince 1947, the Arnaud family business has been entirely dedicated to processing and refining the best local olives. The Arnaud family's home is Fontvieille, one of the most beautiful villages in the heart of Provence. The modern facility is located between Arles and Avignon. Immediately after the harvest, between September and January, olives, such as the green Picholine olives from the Vallée des Baux, are processed into olives in jars. The olives are first pitted, the green ones are preserved with vinegar, herbs from Provence, and oil, while the black ones are first dried and then filled into jars and also preserved with herbs from Provence.
