Thanks to a consistent implementation of the quality philosophy, the winemakers' experience, and the cooperation within the cooperative, remarkable quality grapes were harvested for Cantina Tramin, especially for the white grape varieties and Pinot Noir. Thus, the 2024 vintage white wines are delicate and fresh in the glass, while among the reds, the elegance of the Pinot Noir particularly stands out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Gewürztraminer vines for this Cantina Tramin wine grow on calcareous, loamy to stony-loamy soils on slopes between 300 to 450 m above sea level. The grapes were harvested by hand in several passes at the time of optimal physiological ripeness and transported to the winery building in small containers. There, they were destemmed and gently pressed.
