The age of the vines ranges from 16 to 43 years. The grapes were carefully selected by hand, destemmed, and fermented separately on the skins according to the vineyard. After two to three weeks of fermentation in open oak vats and tubs, they were gently pressed. Further aging took place for 12 months in large and small French oak barrels.
