The naked rosé is the consistent continuation of the biodynamic path \"letting wines be\" taken by Heike and Gernot Heinrich, making this rosé far from a quaffable, superficial patio wine. After harvesting, the grapes remain on the skins for a few hours before being pressed directly, mostly as whole cluster pressing.
