The clear, spicy fruit, reminiscent of sour cherry, blackcurrant, and plum, is optimally complemented by subtle toasted aromas with delicate cocoa notes and a beautiful spice note (juniper, clove, liquorice). On the palate, a lively acidity and fine tannin structure provide great drinking pleasure.
