To preserve the freshness and natural acidity, Jörg Geiger uses unripe Riesling grapes and old, acid-rich apple varieties. In the glass, a bright honey yellow with sun-yellow reflections. On the nose, ripe apples, fully ripe exotic fruit, as well as an aroma reminiscent of honey and white flowers. On the palate, it shows notes of subtle sweetness carried by apple and grape fruit, creating an exciting arc to spicy apple acidity and ending in a medium-long dry finish with well-integrated tannins.
