This juxtaposition of perry pear, juniper, sloe, blackberry, and yarrow is what we have brought together in this vegan Cuvée. Gelatine was deliberately not used for clarification, and the use of pea protein makes it completely vegan. The initial taste reveals a sweet tartness paired with ripe pear, while the mid-palate and finish are characterized by tart, bitter herbal notes reminiscent of fresh tea leaves and the spicy, peppery notes of juniper.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Prisecco Cuvée No. 20 is highly recommended with beef carpaccio with shaved Parmesan and arugula, roast beef, braised beef dishes, and also braised vegetables, e.g., ratatouille.
