Ground elder is an herb from our forests, reminiscent of parsley in smell and taste. Emmer, one of the oldest grains, is known for its hearty, slightly nutty flavor. This alcohol-free cocktail impresses with its exotic, mild fruitiness and subtle hints of fresh lemon balm and herbs.
