The Slow Wine Guide also honored the rosé wine with the \"Top Slow Wine\" certificate, and it received the Gold Award at the Wine Hunter Meran Wine Festival. An organic wine made from 100% Groppello, a grape variety native to Lake Garda, that meets all the requirements of a Valtènesi DOC. The Pasini winery has been cultivating the approximately one-hectare vineyard with Groppello near the Soiano golf course organically for many years. Paolo and Sara Pasini came up with the idea for this wine and its name because there is a long tradition of resting on the golf course's green – the area of a fairway surrounding the hole – the night after the grape harvest until the next morning, celebrating the harvest. In golf terms, RosaGreen would probably be called a hole-in-one, meaning when you sink the ball from the tee with a single stroke.
