This dry organic wine is characterized by its warm soils and the biodynamic cultivation of the vineyards and winemaking. The Blanc de Noir has aromas of quince, mirabelle plums and ripe vineyard peach, and possesses a delicate herbal spice. To harvest ripe grapes in autumn, winemaker Alexander Pflüger has been working according to biodynamic principles since 2008, refraining from artificial fertilizers, as well as herbicides and insecticides, aligning with the course of the seasons and the moon, and working as close to nature as possible.
