Red Berry, White Blossom, Apple Symphony, and Rose Magic were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and remain top sellers today.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe basis for the Prisecco Apfelsinfonie is the juice of hand-picked old seedling apples of the Bittenfelder variety from traditional orchards on the Swabian Alb. This is joined by rhubarb juice, various herbs, slightly bitter extracts of red mustard and watercress. Refined with spices and added carbon dioxide, an alcohol-free drink of the highest class is created. In the glass, it is amber-colored with golden reflections. The intense aroma of the Bittenfelder is supported by the spicy notes of barrique wood. On the palate, it is very intense with ripe apples, spicy, slightly herbaceous and sharp in the finish, with a supportive acidity and a long aftertaste.
