Rotfruchtig, Weißduftig, Apfelsinfonie and Rosenzauber were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and are still among the top sellers today.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe basis for the Prisecco Weißduftig is the juice of hand-picked old apple and pear varieties from traditional orchards on the Swabian Alb. This is joined by grape and peach juice, as well as elderflowers and all kinds of different herbs, such as fresh lemon verbena, southernwood, savory, pineapple sage and rosemary, all from the herb expert Dieter Gaissmayer from Illterissen, who is the patron of this creation. Refined with spices and added carbon dioxide, an alcohol-free drink of the extra class is created. In the glass, a bright honey yellow with sun-yellow reflections. On the nose, ripe apples and fragrant elderflowers, with subtle, slightly spicy notes of thyme and the other herbs in the background. On the palate, it shows notes of sweetness carried by apple, grape and peach fruit, which form an exciting arc to the herbaceous-spicy apple acidity and end in a long elderflower aftertaste. In the meantime, he has built up a lot of knowledge about the preparation of this alcohol-free specialty. Regional fruits and wonderful herbs create this incomparable taste of Prisecco Weißduftig.
