This cuvée of Portugieser, Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), and Sankt Laurent is produced by the saignée method (bleeding off juice from red grapes) and impresses with its minerality and elegance. Fruit-driven and cool!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith a youthfully fresh nose, it sparkles vivaciously with red fruit aromas of raspberries and cranberries, complemented by floral accents of mallow and lilac blossoms. On the palate, the delicate fruit is flanked by herbal scents and cool stone. The filigree acid structure ensures very low drinking resistance. A lean 10.5% alcohol content allows for guilt-free refills. The Steitz Rosé for every occasion works without any teething problems, whether cooking with dear friends, grilling, or with light summer cuisine. Diana Steitz recommends it with an heirloom tomato salad, or toasted bread with hummus, tomatoes, and basil.
