For a good decade, there has also been a new, smaller version: Mini Schüttelbrot in a practical bag.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe delicious, crunchy Mini Schüttelbrot has an aromatic taste and is a true South Tyrolean classic that should not be missing from the Marende, a traditional snack. The Mini Schüttelbrot is either topped like a canapé with South Tyrolean speck, Kaminwurzen, or venison salami, or alpine cheese, or simply eaten as a bread snack with South Tyrolean delicacies. The small crackers also taste wonderful with a glass of South Tyrolean wine or a cool beer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSchüttelbrot is naturally fragile. When shipped by parcel service, it is almost impossible to avoid breakage.
