Marcin, Sercio, and Marco cultivate 7 hectares of vineyards with sparse limestone soils between Noto and Pachino. Most of the work is done by hand, and no chemicals are used. Of course, harvesting is also done by hand in small crates to ensure the grapes remain as undamaged as possible before being pressed and undergoing spontaneous fermentation. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks. In their vineyard and cellar work, the winemakers of Vini Campisi follow the lunar calendar. The wine was released to the market after one year of bottle aging.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Vini Campisi Red Red Wine displays the typical Nero d'Avola character: deep ruby red in color, aromas of black cherries, sweet and tart pomegranate, fragrant thyme.
