The Rings Fleur de Rosé 2024 is an uncomplicated organic rosé wine for everyday. This VDP estate wine was made from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, and Merlot grapes, aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its beautiful, fresh fruit. With a moderate alcohol content and acidity buffered with a little residual sugar, the subtly juicy Rings Fleur de Rosé is a rosé wine for everyday, for warm summer evenings, for grilling with friends, or with a book on a garden lounge chair. The new vintage of the Rings Rosé wine for 365 days comes exclusively from self-cultivated grapes and proudly bears the VDP eagle on the capsule.

Rings – Winemaking

The Rings brothers place great importance on healthy soils, vines, and grapes in their organic viticulture. They start early by sowing buckwheat, clover, and radish, which prevents soil erosion, attracts beneficial insects, and retains moisture in the soil, which is revitalized with the application of horse manure as a natural fertilizer. Canopy management is also important for the quality of the wine: double shoots are manually removed, and depending on the weather, the grapes are defoliated and thinned out to aerate them. The grapes are hand-picked and selected at the optimal harvest time, and some are pressed as whole clusters. After a short maceration period, natural yeasts are allowed to work and initiate spontaneous fermentation. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks. This preserves fruit and freshness. The Rings Fleur de Rosé, an organic rosé wine, is uncomplicated and brings plenty of drinking pleasure to the glass.
