Hoos London Gin
The Hoos London Gin is, in the truest sense of the word, a small batch gin. A maximum of 120 bottles are distilled per run and numbered by hand. Behind Hoos London Gin is by no means an international spirits empire, but a one-man show.
In 2014, Heiko Hoos had the idea for his own gin. He meticulously worked on the recipe until it was perfect for him. The "curved H" logo and the desire for a special bottle also originated from him, underscoring the handmade character and showing the love for detail.

Hoos London Dry Gin is a very special gin: dry in flavor profile, fine pine resin notes, the typical juniper aroma is nuanced by soft citrus aromas. On the palate, the spirit is soft and mild. In addition to juniper and orange, anise, liquorice, and chamomile play a subtle role in the aroma of Hoos Gin. A refreshing and surprisingly complex gin that is also a full pleasure on its own over ice.
Care and diligence guarantee the high quality of Hoos London Gin. 15 botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon zest, orange zest, marjoram, lemon balm, pine shoots, sweet fennel, chamomile, and cardamom seeds first macerate for 2 days in neutral alcohol before being gently distilled at low temperatures in a copper still to preserve aromas. As is typical for a London Dry Gin, no sugar is added, the gin remains natural and is not filtered. It then rests for several weeks before being brought to drinking strength with soft spring water from the Palatinate Forest and bottled.
The excellent quality of this finely balanced gin has not only convinced us but also judges of international competitions, such as the ISW (International Spirits Competition) or Cocktail Spirits in Paris. A unique product at a fair price with a sensational price-pleasure ratio.
