Dr. Jaglas – Herbal Bitters from Berlin

Dr. Jaglas' herbal bitter elixir has been produced by the pharmacist family Dr. Jagla for many decades according to a traditional recipe from a monastery pharmacy. The sophisticated recipe of the herbal bitter elixir has since been passed down from generation to generation.

• Dr. Jaglas Artichoke Elixir: Dr. Jaglas' traditional herbal bitter was refined in the late 1960s with striking artichoke leaves. Dr. Jaglas succeeded in seasoning the elixir so that the many herbs in the elixir were perfectly harmonized, creating a finely balanced herbal bitter. Thus, the Artichoke Elixir was invented.
• Dr. Jaglas Ginseng Elixir: the Ginseng Elixir was created to complement the herbs of the original monastery elixir with a very potent root. The rare and fabled ginseng, which is more commonly associated with medicine than spirits, possesses valuable bitter compounds, much like the artichoke. A spicy herbal bitter that can be enjoyed neat or on ice after sports. This was so well received by golf athletes that it was even commemorated in the name "Golfer's Ginseng."
• Dr. Jaglas Gin-Seng Gin: Dr. Jaglas found that fresh juniper berries perfectly complement the original elixir recipe. That's why there's now also gin. Dry gin with no added sugar.
