Seesucht Manufaktur – Craftsmanship from Lake Constance
Seesucht Manufaktur is Jana Grünwald's small workshop in Radolfszell-Markelfingen on Lake Constance. Practical, attractive, and sustainable wooden kitchen accessories are first conceived, then created in her own workshop or in collaboration with various charitable institutions in the region. Jana loves Lake Constance, and in October 2014, she decided to express her connection to Germany's most beautiful lake in the form of high-quality, handmade wooden products and founded the company Seesucht. Initially, she made breakfast and cutting boards only for friends and family, then she sold them on a trial basis at various Christmas markets. However, the boards quickly became such a hit that they turned into bestsellers, and the beautiful products from Seesucht Manufaktur were quickly sold out not only around the "Swabian Sea."
Seesucht Manufaktur – Salad Servers and Snack Boards
Whether kitchen helpers, wooden spoons, or salad servers, or the beautiful cutting boards that serve as snack boards or breakfast boards; the craftsmanship of Seesucht Manufaktur is lovingly handmade from various solid woods, such as oak (for the boards) or cherry wood (for spoons and salad servers), which makes them unique pieces. Finished with a high-quality natural oil, they are well protected against wear and tear and are a regional, long-lasting "lake memory" that makes cooking and serving your favorite dishes even more enjoyable.
Seesucht stands for first-class processing of various woods, sourced regionally whenever possible, and the combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern laser technology. This is how a genuine Seesucht product is created. Always as individual as the wood from which it is made. Regional, sustainable, durable.
