Made from select apple varieties and often traditionally fermented, cider is created with fresh acidity, subtle fruit, and a lively structure. From light and accessible to complex and dry – every variety reflects its origin and craftsmanship in the glass. In the Swabian town of Schlat, Manufaktur Jörg Geiger presses its cider from meadow fruit, where around 80 different fruit varieties pass through the press.

As an aperitif, paired with fine cuisine, or for uncomplicated moments of enjoyment: cider brings a balance of freshness and depth – natural, precise, and pleasantly understated.
