The Swabian Cider mild is a craft cider from the Jörg Geiger manufactory with only 3.5% ABV. Wonderfully sparkling and fabulously fruity, it is a refreshing drink with a moderate alcohol content when served well-chilled.

Hand-picked apples and pears from old meadow orchard varieties are gently pressed and artisanally crafted for this lightly sparkling cider. A strong straw-yellow in color, it perfectly balances tart apple notes with aromas of sweet pears. Lush, sweet pear and apple fruit with a pleasant carbonation tingle and subtle hints of nuts and meadow herbs, as well as a very round, soft mouthfeel due to rich orchard fruitiness with a slight tartness, make the Swabian Cider mild a summery aperitif that also pairs ideally with goat and sheep cream cheese with salads and herbs, or with fruity summer berry desserts.
