Schwäbischer Cider mild – Craft Cider from the Jörg Geiger Manufactory

The Schwäbischer Cider mild is a Craft Cider from the Jörg Geiger Manufactory with only 3.5% vol. alcohol. Wonderfully sparkling and fabulously fruity, chilled it is a refreshing drink with a moderate alcohol content.

Hand-picked apples and pears of old orchard varieties are gently pressed and traditionally aged for this lightly sparkling cider. Strongly straw-yellow in color, it perfectly balances acidic apple notes and aromas of sweet pears. Ripe, richly sweet pear-apple fruit with pleasant carbonation and subtle nutty and meadow-herb hints, as well as a very round, soft mouthfeel due to abundant orchard fruitiness with a slight tartness make the Schwäbischer Cider mild a summery aperitif, which can also be ideally combined with goat and sheep cream cheese with salads and herbs, or with fruity summer berry desserts.
