The Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 from the Manufaktur Jörg Geiger is an alcohol-free Prisecco with the aroma of apples and pears combined with the scent of cornflowers and lemony freshness. Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 – Apple, pear, and hay flowers

The base for this Cuvée No. 21 by Jörg Geiger consists of apples and pears, rounded off with roasted Demeter naked barley, hay, and blossoms. The nose offers ripe fruit notes of apple and pear with malty, sweet grain undertones and a wonderful summer meadow scent. The taste is light and lively, full-bodied with soft, rounded, malty sweet notes of roasted barley and hay, balanced acidity and freshness on the finish, slightly astringent.

Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 is highly recommended with lightly spiced dishes, summer salads, and chicken fricassee with rice.

The PriSecco is the best-selling specialty of the Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Sophisticated and balanced, all Prisecco varieties surprise with their enormous complexity. We have known the owner of the Manufaktur Geiger, Jörg Geiger, personally for many years. The Prisecco Manufaktur is located in Schlat near Göppingen, where I lived myself for a few years. Jörg Geiger started producing fruit-based non-alcoholic cocktails as more of a hobby. Over time, he has gained extensive knowledge about the preparation of this alcohol-free specialty, about heritage fruit varieties, and the use of herbs. In addition to top-tier gastronomy, where his Prisecco is popular as an alcohol-free aperitif and food pairing, more and more people are enjoying their favorite Prisecco at home.
