Organic White – sparkling like Secco

The Prisecco Organic White is one of the 3 classic Priseccos (White, Red, Rosé) in organic quality. The basis for the Prisecco Organic White is the juice of hand-picked old apple and quince varieties from orchard meadows on the Swabian Alb. The freshness of birch leaves paired with the scent of acacia and elderflowers and white tea gives this alcohol-free composition complexity and variety. To preserve the freshness and natural acidity, Jörg Geiger uses unripe Riesling grapes and old, acid-rich apple varieties. In the glass, a bright honey yellow with sun-yellow reflections. On the nose, ripe apples, fully ripe exotic fruit, as well as an aroma reminiscent of honey and white flowers. On the palate, it shows notes of subtle sweetness carried by apple and grape fruit, creating an exciting arc to spicy apple acidity and ending in a medium-long dry finish with well-integrated tannins. A fragrant aperitif and a great companion to goat cheese with rosemary and honey, summer salads with grilled peach and chicken, desserts with elderflower, and exotic fruits.

These juices, with their pronounced aroma, unique acidity of old apple varieties, and emphasized tannin note of the pear, form a very special, natural basis for the Geiger Prisecco varieties.
