Organic White – sparkling like a Secco

Prisecco Organic White is one of the 3 classic Prisecci (White, Red, Rosé) in organic quality. The base for Prisecco Organic White consists of the juice of hand-picked old apple and quince varieties from meadow orchards in the Swabian Alb. The freshness of birch leaves, paired with the scent of acacia and elderflowers and white tea, gives this non-alcoholic composition complexity and variety. To preserve the freshness and natural acidity, Jörg Geiger uses unripe Riesling grapes and old, acidity-rich apple varieties. In the glass, a bright honey yellow with sun-yellow reflections. On the nose, ripe apples, fully ripe exotic fruit, and a fragrance reminiscent of honey and white flowers. On the palate, it shows notes of subtle sweetness carried by apple and grape fruit, which forms an exciting arc to the spicy malic acid and ends in a medium-long, dry finish with well-integrated tannins. A fragrant aperitif and a great companion to goat cheese with rosemary and honey, summer salads with grilled peach and chicken, desserts with elderflower, and exotic fruits.

Prisecco – from the Jörg Geiger manufactory

PriSecco is the best-selling specialty of the Jörg Geiger manufactory. Refined and balanced, this white-scented drink surprises with its enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not felt as a deficiency; quite the contrary. PriSecco fills a gap for new, modernly designed non-alcoholic beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landmark meadow orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and carefully processed in the manufactory of Jörg Geiger, who has already received several awards for his juices (including from Slow Food). Due to their distinct aromas, with the acidity of old apple varieties and the pronounced tannin note of the pear, these juices form a very special, natural basis for the Geiger Prisecco varieties. The non-alcoholic Prisecco White-scented from the Jörg Geiger manufactory tastes wonderfully of grape, peach, and lemon. Hand-plucked elderflowers and other fragrant and medicinal herbs make this non-alcoholic cocktail something very special: Jörg Geiger has made his Prisecco sparkling and stimulating, thus providing a great non-alcoholic alternative for an aperitif.
