The Prisecco Red Fruit is one of the classics from the Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Non-alcoholic and sparkling, pleasantly dry, yet fabulously fruity and with the wonderful aroma of lime, it is an aperitif for everyone at the table when served well chilled and makes a great food companion.

The Prisecco Red Fruit is one of the 4 classic Manufaktur Jörg Geiger Priseccos, which are available all year round. Red Fruit, White Floral, Apple Symphony, and Rose Magic were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and are still among the top sellers today. In fact, the Prisecco Red Fruit was the very first Prisecco that Jörg Geiger bottled.

The basis for the Prisecco Red Fruit is the juice of hand-picked old apple and pear varieties from meadow orchards in the Swabian Jura. This is joined by juice from black currants and sour cherries, as well as elderberry and quince, and refreshing lime extracts. Refined with spices and added carbonation, the result is a top-class non-alcoholic beverage. Wine-red in the glass with ruby-red highlights. Juicy fruit of apple and pear paired with the dark berry scent of cassis, sour cherry, and elderberry, and light citrus freshness. Very intense and lush on the palate, red fruit berries alternate with ripe apples, a beautiful play of sweetness and acidity, and a long, berry-like finish. A fantastic aperitif, best enjoyed chilled on ice, and a great accompaniment to desserts with berries such as Rote Grütze with vanilla sauce or ice cream, cherry cake, or currant slices.

The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining meadow orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Jura – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed at the Jörg Geiger manufactory, which has already received several awards for its juices (including from Slow Food).
