The Prisecco Red Berry is one of the classics from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Alcohol-free and sparkling, pleasantly dry, yet fantastically fruity and with the wonderful scent of lime, it is a great alternative to sparkling wine as an aperitif or wine as a food accompaniment when well chilled.

The Prisecco Red Berry is one of the 4 classic Priseccos from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, available all year round. Red Berry, White Scent, Apple Symphony, and Rose Charm were the first Prisecco varieties from the manufactory and are still among the top sellers today. The Prisecco Red Berry was even the very first Prisecco that Jörg Geiger bottled.

The basis for the Prisecco Red Berry is the juice of hand-picked old apple and pear varieties from traditional orchards in the Swabian Alb. Added to this are blackcurrant and sour cherry juice, as well as elderberry and quince, and refreshing lime extracts. Refined with spices and added carbonation, this creates a premium alcohol-free beverage. In the glass, it's wine red with ruby-red reflections. Juicy fruit notes of apple and pear are paired with the dark berry scent of cassis, sour cherry, and elderflower, along with a light citrus freshness. In the mouth, it's very intense and lush, with red berries alternating with ripe apples, a beautiful sweet-sour interplay, and a long, berry finish. A fantastic aperitif, best served chilled over ice, and a great accompaniment to desserts with berries like red berry pudding with vanilla sauce or ice cream, cherry pie, or blackcurrant slices.

The PriSecco is Manufaktur Jörg Geiger's best-selling specialty. Refined and balanced, the Red Berry surprises with enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency, quite the opposite. PriSecco fills a gap for new, modernly designed alcohol-free beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the characteristic traditional orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed in Jörg Geiger's manufactory, who has already received several awards for his juices (including from Slow Food).

Due to their distinctive aroma, with the unique acidity of old apple varieties and the pronounced tannin note of the pear, these juices form a very special, natural base for the Geiger Prisecco varieties.

With his expertise in alcohol-free cocktails based on apples and pears, Jörg Geiger has created a whole new world of experience with his Prisecco, sparkling like Secco, but completely without alcohol. Especially high-end gastronomy and Michelin-starred restaurants rely on his Prisecco.

It all started as a hobby.
