The Cider Rosé non-alcoholic is a dry craft cider from the Jörg Geiger manufactory, completely alcohol-free and presented in a convenient 0.33l bottle. Wonderfully sparkling and fabulously fruity, it is a refreshing drink when served well-chilled, all without any alcohol.

The Cider Rosé non-alcoholic has a fragrance of red berries, apple, and pear, with a hint of tart hops. On the palate, it is refreshing with a striking interplay of sweetness and acidity, featuring exciting bitter notes and tart accents derived from dealcoholized red wine. Its intense pink color might suggest sweetness, but it surprises with excellent fruitiness and hoppy notes. The Jörg Geiger Cider Rosé non-alcoholic is a summery refresher that pairs wonderfully with grilled dishes, salami pizza, tarte flambée with red onions, or cheese pastries, and is also highly recommended on its own as a tart, non-alcoholic beverage.

Hand-picked apples and perry pears from old meadow orchard varieties are gently pressed and craft-produced for this sparkling Cider Rosé. The resulting alcohol is then removed via vacuum distillation; this dealcoholization of the Jörg Geiger cider takes place in-house at an aroma-preserving 35°C. Anyone who has tried dealcoholized drinks before knows that the taste often suffers. Perfectionist Jörg Geiger was not satisfied with that, however; he has wonderfully balanced the Cider Rosé non-alcoholic and refined it for greater complexity with dealcoholized red wine, pear juice, hop extract, and select herbs and spices. Ripe, lushly sweet pear-apple fruit with the pleasant prickle of carbonation and hints of meadow herbs, along with a very round mouthfeel, make the Cider Rosé non-alcoholic a summery refresher.
