The Sattlerhof winery is pure indulgence: The Sattler brothers have always focused on the highest quality and uncompromising origin. Their biodynamically farmed steep vineyards in Southern Styria – including Kapellenweingarten, Kranachberg, and Pfarrweingarten – yield hand-picked grapes with distinct varietal character. Manual harvesting, strict selection, and gentle cellar practices, such as long lees aging for Sauvignon Blanc, create characterful, mineral wines with style and depth.
