The best Swabian fresh egg pasta is handmade at Manufaktur Schaut, crafted from natural and selected ingredients and fresh eggs. The roots of the Schaut family manufactory lie in agriculture. The fields on the Swabian Jura, where, among other things, the spelt for the spelt pasta grows, have been cultivated for three generations. In the early 90s, Brigitte Schaut began to process the eggs of her own chickens into pasta of a very special taste. They tasted so good that Manufaktur Schaut was founded. Taste the difference!
