In her small pasta factory, Brigitte Schaut extrudes classic pasta dough, red dough with tomato powder, and green dough with spinach powder through bronze molds, creating stars, Christmas trees, and comets that not only look great but also taste exceptionally good. Schaut – a celebration even at Christmas
The roots of the Schaut Pasta Manufactory lie in agriculture, which is currently managed by the third generation. In 1993, Brigitte Schaut began processing the farm's own eggs into pasta. The garage was quickly converted into a pasta room. Soon after, the desire grew to sell agricultural products directly from the farm.
When the small shop in the house entrance gained more and more recognition, the family decided to build a larger farm shop with production facilities. The former pigsty was then fundamentally rebuilt. After only one year, it became today's family manufactory with an attached shop.
Another construction project was then started in September 2013. An extension was added to the existing building to create new storage facilities and larger production rooms. This extension also included a sauce kitchen for the delicious pasta sauces.
