The Schaut Noodle Manufactory
The roots of the Schaut Noodle Manufactory lie in agriculture, which is currently in its third generation on the Swabian Alb. In 1993, Brigitte Schaut began processing the eggs from her own farm into noodles. The garage was quickly converted into a noodle room. Soon after, the desire to pass on agricultural products directly from the farm developed.
When the small shop in the entrance gained more and more recognition, the family decided to build a larger farm shop with production. The former pigsty was then fundamentally rebuilt. After only one year, it became today's family manufactory with an attached shop.
Another construction project was then started in September 2013. An extension was added to the existing building, allowing for new storage options and larger production facilities. A sauce kitchen for the delicious pasta sauces was also created during this extension.
