The Prisecco Tasting Pack – The Classics contains the four non-alcoholic classics from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Non-alcoholic and sparkling, pleasantly dry, yet fabulously fruity, they are perfect chilled aperitifs for everyone at the table and excellent food accompaniments.

The foundation for the Prisecco classics is the juice of hand-picked old apple and pear varieties from the meadow orchards of the Swabian Jura. Refined with other fruits, e.g., grape and peach juice or cherry and currant juice, rhubarb juice, raspberry and blackberry juice, as well as local blossoms and herbs, and added carbonation, the result is a premium non-alcoholic beverage. "Rotfruchtig" (Red Fruit), "Weißduftig" (White Fragrance), "Apfelsinfonie" (Apple Symphony), and "Rosenzauber" (Rose Magic) were the first Prisecco varieties from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger and remain top sellers to this day.

Prisecco – from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger

PriSecco is the best-selling specialty from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Sophisticated and balanced, all four classics surprise with their enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency; quite the contrary. PriSecco fills a void for modern, thoughtfully designed non-alcoholic beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining meadow orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Jura – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed at the Jörg Geiger manufactory, which has already received several awards for its juices (including from Slow Food). Thanks to their distinct aroma, the acidity of old apple varieties, and the emphasized tannin notes of the pear, these juices form a very special, natural foundation for the Geiger Prisecco varieties. Jörg Geiger has crafted his Prisecco to be sparkling and invigorating.

We have known the owner of Manufaktur Geiger, Jörg Geiger, personally for many years. The Prisecco manufactory is located in Schlat near Göppingen, where I spent several years myself. Jörg Geiger began producing non-alcoholic fruit-based cocktails more as a hobby. He has since built up a great deal of knowledge regarding the preparation of this non-alcoholic specialty. Regional fruit and wonderful herbs create the incomparable taste of Prisecco. And beyond the world of fine dining, where his Prisecco is popular as a non-alcoholic aperitif, he has also impressed Slow Food.
