The Prisecco Taster Pack – The Classics contains the four non-alcoholic classics from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Non-alcoholic and sparkling, pleasantly dry, yet fantastically fruity, when chilled they are a great alternative to sparkling wine as an aperitif or wine as a food accompaniment. 

The basis for the Prisecco classics is the juice of hand-picked old apple and pear varieties from traditional orchards in the Swabian Alb. Refined with other fruit varieties, e.g., grapes and peach juice or cherry and blackcurrant juice, rhubarb juice, raspberry and blackberry juice, and local flowers and herbs, as well as added carbon dioxide, a non-alcoholic drink of the highest class is created. "Rotfruchtig," "Weißduftig," "Apfelsinfonie," and "Rosenzauber" were the first Prisecco varieties from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger and are still among the top sellers today.

Prisecco – from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger

PriSecco is the best-selling specialty from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger. Sophisticated and balanced, all four classics surprise with enormous complexity. The lack of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency; quite the opposite. PriSecco fills a gap for new, modern non-alcoholic beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the landscape-defining traditional orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed in the Manufaktur of Jörg Geiger, who has already received several awards for his juices (including from Slow Food). These juices, with their pronounced aroma, the unique acidity of old apple varieties, and the emphasized tannic note of the pear, form a very special, natural basis for the Geiger Prisecco varieties. Sparkling like champagne and just as stimulating, Jörg Geiger has made his Prisecco a good non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternative.

We have known Jörg Geiger, the owner of Manufaktur Geiger, personally for many years. The Prisecco Manufaktur is located in Schlat near Göppingen, where I myself spent a few years. Jörg Geiger started making non-alcoholic fruit-based cocktails more as a hobby. In the meantime, he has acquired a great deal of knowledge about the preparation of this non-alcoholic specialty. Regional fruit and wonderful herbs create the incomparable taste of Prisecco. And in addition to fine dining restaurants, where his Prisecco is gladly served as a non-alcoholic aperitif and thus as an alternative to Prosecco, he has also convinced Slow Food.
