The fruits ripen at an altitude of approximately 1250 m in the Prags Valley, where the Gruber family has been passionately and naturally cultivating them since 1994, ensuring an exceptionally intense aroma. Hand-planted seedlings, multiple weedings, and irrigation with pure river and spring water from the Dolomites guarantee the highest quality.

This fruit spread combines 75% fruit content with a balanced sweet and sour taste that evokes memories of grandma's garden. The green gooseberries are gently cooked with little sugar and a hint of lemon juice and jellied exclusively with natural apple pectin – completely free of artificial additives, preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.
