Artisanal Distillation and Highest Quality

The Williams Christ pear is considered the queen among pears. For this exquisite brandy, the fruits come in equal parts from Upper Austria and Franconia. The pears are harvested fully ripe and crushed with a screw pump before the mash is gently distilled during the declining fermentation. A significant quality factor is the elaborate double distillation in small copper stills. Through the careful separation of the heart, the delicate aromas are protected, leading to a natural mildness.

Purity is consistently prioritized during production: no flavor enhancers or sugar are added. Filtration is classically done using activated carbon. To distill just one liter of this Williams Pear Brandy with 40% vol. alcohol, the distiller processes a full 11 kg of fully ripe Williams pears. The result is an authentic distillate that reflects the fruit in its purest and most intense form.
