The exquisite egg liqueur owes its fine creaminess to the high proportion of organic egg yolks from the region. The exquisite egg liqueur contains no cream and is therefore lactose-free, free of milk protein, lactose or milk sugar, and gluten-free. It is made without the addition of flavorings, colorings, or emulsifiers.

The small orange dots that come from the fresh eggs and that you can see in the bottle are a sign of quality, as they prove that Birgitta Schulze von Loon has refrained from using colorants. Should a thick liquid mass settle at the bottom of the bottle, this is also a sign of quality, as it explains the absence of additives such as stabilizers and emulsifiers.
