The Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 from Jörg Geiger Manufactory is an alcohol-free Prisecco with the scent of apples and pears combined with the fragrance of cornflowers and citrusy freshness. Alcohol-free and sparkling, organic and vegan, pleasantly dry yet wonderfully fruity, it is a good chilled alternative to sparkling wine as an aperitif or wine as a food accompaniment.

Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 – Apple, Pear, and Hayflower

The basis for this Cuvée No. 21 by Jörg Geiger is apples and pears, rounded off by roasted organic naked barley, hay, and blossoms. The aroma presents ripe fruit of apple and pear with malty sweet cereal notes and a wonderful summery meadow scent. The taste then reveals light, lively fruit, full-bodied with soft, round, malty sweet notes of roasted barley and hay, balanced acidity and freshness on the finish, slightly astringent.

Prisecco Cuvée No. 21 is highly recommended with lightly spiced dishes, summer salads, chicken fricassee with rice.

PriSecco is the best-selling specialty of Jörg Geiger Manufactory. Sophisticated and balanced, all Prisecco varieties surprise with enormous complexity. The absence of alcohol is not perceived as a deficiency; quite the opposite. PriSecco fills a gap for new, modernly designed alcohol-free beverages based on old fruit varieties. The old apple and perry pear varieties come from the characteristic orchards along the bird sanctuary at the foot of the Swabian Alb – hand-picked, ripened, and gently processed in Jörg Geiger's manufactory, who has received several awards for his juices (including from Slow Food). These juices, with their pronounced aromatics, unique acidity of old apple varieties, and emphasized tannin notes of the pear, form a very special, natural basis for the Geiger Prisecco varieties.

We have known Jörg Geiger, the owner of Geiger Manufactory, personally for many years. The Prisecco manufactory is located in Schlat near Göppingen, where I myself lived for several years. Jörg Geiger started making alcohol-free fruit-based cocktails more as a hobby. In the meantime, he has gained a great deal of knowledge about the preparation of this alcohol-free specialty, about old fruit varieties, and the use of herbs. In addition to fine dining establishments, where his Prisecco is gladly served as an alcohol-free aperitif and food accompaniment, more and more people are enjoying their favorite Prisecco at home. We are very pleased about this, because ordering Prisecco online has been possible with us for more than 15 years.
