Sauces & Spices
Sauces & Spices brings together everything that rounds off a dish: mustard and ketchup, mayonnaise, chutneys and BBQ sauces, plus spices and salt. The recipes come from producers between Paris, the Hessian town of Lich, and Maine, developed by hand and cooked in small batches. Escoffier himself gave the saucier the most honorable position in his brigade. Ready-made or seasoned yourself – both have been growing here since 2002.
