Rosé Frizzante – Secco from Sekthaus Raumland
The Raumland Secco Rosé Frizzante is a fresh, sparkling frizzante wine with added carbon dioxide from Sekthaus Raumland in Flörsheim-Dalsheim in Rheinhessen. The juicy base wine from red Portugieser grapes was harvested in September 2021, gently pressed, and vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grape variety.
Delicate pink in the glass, the aroma of Raumland Secco Rosé Frizzante is reminiscent of wild strawberries, raspberries, and fresh rhubarb. With hints of light cherry, it remains present from the very first moment. Thanks to its fine perlage, the Rosé Frizzante is light as a feather, fresh, and lively on the palate. With comparatively low alcohol content, this Rosé frizzante wine is recommended as a classic aperitif or with colorful summer salads and grilled dishes.

Sekthaus Raumland – from Rheinhessen
Sekthaus Raumland from Flörsheim Dalsheim in Rheinhessen produces premium German sparkling wine in the French tradition. Volker Raumland is a traditional sparkling wine maker who relies on secondary fermentation in the bottle. He appreciates the nutty, brioche notes in sparkling wine and works with grape varieties also found in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay.
Anyone who makes good sparkling wine also makes good Secco. That's why Sekthaus Raumland has been bottling two excellent frizzante wines for over 30 years: a white and a Rosé Secco Frizzante. The terms "Secco" or "Frizzante" refer to a German wine that has been "sparkled" with carbon dioxide, giving it that certain effervescence. The resulting CO2 pressure in the bottle is significantly lower than in a sparkling wine.
