Zerozzante Alcohol-Free – Cuvée No.4 – Grape Rhubarb

The Zerozzante Cuvée No.4 Grape Rhubarb is the latest alcohol-free fruit Secco from Raumland. It combines the sweetness of grapes with the acidity of rhubarb. The Cuvée No.4 is tarter than the other Zerozzante fruit Seccos due to its excellent acid structure and lower sweetness of the rhubarb. The subtly rosé-colored cuvée with fine foamy mousseux shows delicate rhubarb notes and is reminiscent of fresh red raspberries. Floral notes of white Bacchus grapes are also present. On the palate, the subtle sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity and sparkling carbonation. Best ingredients. Sparkling. Unique.

The Zerozzante Cuvée No.4 is wonderfully suited as an alcohol-free aperitif. As a non-alcoholic food companion, it pairs well with fish and poultry, light meat or refined and not only sweet fruit desserts. Or you can enjoy it with savory appetizers, like salted almonds. With its lively, subtly tart acid structure and fruity lightness, it is also a special drinking experience on its own.

Volker Raumland is one of the best German sparkling wine producers. When he decided to create an alcohol-free sparkling wine alternative, originally for his two daughters Katharina and Marie Luise, it was clear that the Raumland Fruit Secco would not be a simple juice spritzer, but an alcohol-free Secco of special quality with a fine, long-lasting perlage, as one would expect from sparkling wines. This is exactly what has distinguished his Seccos for almost 25 years.

The Raumland daughters have now grown up and work side by side with their father Volker Raumland. They still enjoy drinking the fruit Secco. But the children's Secco also had to grow up, so what could be more natural than to give it a new look and a new name? Here it is now: the Zerozzante!

The Alcohol-Free Zerozzante – Fruit Secco from Raumland

The love of nature, of the diverse products it gives us day after day, and the passion for true craftsmanship, i.e., the ability to create something special with one's own hands, constantly inspire the Raumland family anew to bring this feeling in its purity into the glass. That is why Raumland Zerozzante Fruit Seccos do not contain any added water, additives or preservatives. The result is a refreshing, alcohol-free, sparkling juice.

Unlike common practice in the beverage industry, the juices are not heated at any stage for preservation. This ensures they remain natural and retain their valuable aroma. To enable this cold-sterile pressing and filling, only 100% healthy grapes are used. Refined by traditional craftsmanship and finely carbonated in the Secco style.

Since the juice in the fruit Secco does not undergo alcoholic fermentation and the Secco is not a dealcoholized, alcohol-free sparkling wine, the Raumland Secco also contains no residual alcohol.
