The Goodvines Merlot Rosé is a non-alcoholic wine that impresses with its authentic rosé wine taste. It is a stylish, fruity rosé with varietal aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, blackberry, raspberry, plum, and red currant, balanced by a mild, fruity, and present acidity. Slightly sparkling on the finish and with a soft texture, this non-alcoholic rosé wine makes an uncomplicated accompaniment to grilled dishes, poultry, fish and seafood, pasta, vegetables, and summer salads. In the glass, the non-alcoholic Goodvines Merlot Rosé shines with an intense raspberry-red color, underlining its red-berry, fruit-forward character. On the palate, the Goodvines Merlot Rosé shows a subtle hint of sweetness. It is a high-quality alternative when you want or need to avoid alcohol, and at 20kcal/100ml, it remains quite light in terms of calories.

To experience full enjoyment, you should let the non-alcoholic wine breathe for a few minutes before the first sip. You can enjoy the Merlot Rosé well-chilled at a drinking temperature of 6–8°C. An excellent summer wine, whether neat, on ice, or used in place of tonic water for delicious drinks!

Merlot Rosé – stylish, authentic, non-alcoholic

The production of Goodvines Merlot Rosé utilizes selected rosé wines from Hungary, state-of-the-art technology, and the expertise of experienced wine dealcoholizers. During the so-called vacuum distillation process, the alcohol contained in the wine is gently evaporated in stainless steel cones at 30° Celsius. The bouquet notes—the volatile yet flavor-giving components of the wine—are captured and stored separately, allowing the alcohol to evaporate completely, resulting in an end product with 0.0% alcohol. The dealcoholized rosé wine is then reunited with its original natural bouquet, which makes the authentic taste possible. To harmonize the Merlot Rosé after the alcohol has been removed, it receives a so-called "liqueur d’expédition," consisting of grape must syrup, before bottling.

Goodvines was founded in 2019 in Heidelberg by passionate wine lovers to create a non-alcoholic wine alternative for everyone who wants to forgo alcohol but not authentic taste. Jörn and his brother Lars Walking purchase selected wines, have them gently dealcoholized by masters under vacuum, and delight their audience with their authentic taste, even when served at Palatinate wine festivals. The Goodvines—meaning "good vines"—are all high-quality wine alternatives that contain no alcohol. You will find no flavor enhancers, no refined sugar, and no artificial aromas, just pure enjoyment.
