Customer Service and Communication Employee (Mini-job, Midi-job or Part-time) (m/f/d)

For our delicatessen and wine delivery service in Nordhorn, we are looking for a customer service and communication employee for our online shops.

Responsibilities:

You will support our customers by phone and email before, during, and after their orders, with questions about the ordering and delivery process, and with complaints. You offer solutions and alternatives for any difficulties that arise, provide product and service information, and document customer interactions. You also keep an eye on current operations and handle general office management. You communicate directly with our manufacturers, suppliers, and partners and actively participate in the continuous development of our online shops, services, and the optimization of tasks.

Requirements:

You have a friendly, open manner in dealing with customers, colleagues, and superiors, and enjoy telephone and written customer contact. You solve challenges independently and always keep customer satisfaction and company interests in mind. You enjoy taking responsibility and know how to organize yourself efficiently and keep track of customer inquiries. You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and are articulate. You are proficient in using common office programs. Ideally, you already have experience with the backend of online shops such as Shopware or Woocommerce, are familiar with the processes in mail order and online retail, and are willing to learn new application programs if necessary.
