Cambrook makes irresistibly good nut mixes, savory nuts, and caramelized nut kernels. Founded in 2012 by Britons Angus Cameron and Michael Brooks, the name now stands for high-quality nuts made in England. The two had already been involved with nuts before Cambrook, as they were once the owners of the large roasting company Dormen's. But after its sale, the nut lovers remained loyal to the variety of nuts, only the roasted nuts were to be even better, indeed perfect. So after selling their company, they traveled the world in search of even better roasting methods and recipes, experimenting with small roasting pans until they were completely thrilled with the result themselves.

The secret to the perfectly caramelized nut mixes lies in the careful preparation of the best nuts, such as almonds, cashew kernels, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, or peanuts. They are gently heated in small batches with sugar and honey in traditional roasting pans and gently shaken until the perfect roasting degree is reached. The result is golden, brilliant, subtly sweet, and crunchy nuts.
