I always wanted to own a large Le Creuset roaster. My aunt cooked large cuts of meat and generous amounts of goulash in it when we visited. During my childhood, the cast-iron roaster often sat on the table, so the ragout was still warm when you got a second helping. The roaster is still in use today, but I have since treated myself to my own and love preparing meals in it.
