The half-moon convEGGtor is extremely versatile. Use it together with a suitable convEGGtor basket as an intermediate layer if you want to cook in two areas simultaneously: one area directly over the coals and the other indirectly. Alternatively, you can place two stones together to achieve complete convection or heat protection.

The goal of this design is a "stone where nothing can burn." The special shape maximizes the cooking surface while protecting food from flames. This stone is ideal when large quantities are cooked at a lower temperature, such as chicken wings or ribs.
