Neber Quattro Classic Honey Gift is a gift set from the BIO Imkerei Neber: four single-varietal organic honeys from Austria in four 50-gram jars, lovingly hand-packed and decorated with a ribbon in seasonal colors. Anton Neber, a master beekeeper since 2002, assembles the set in his own "Honig-GENUSS-keller" (Honey Enjoyment Cellar) in Sankt Lorenzen im Mürztal in Upper Styria. What arrives in the 200-gram package is a small spectrum of honey from three of Austria's floral regions.

Four varietal honeys in comparison

The set includes four complementary organic varietal honeys: light, mild organic acacia honey from the Weinviertel region; aromatic, robust organic linden blossom honey from the Waldviertel with a minty finish; creamy, sunny-yellow organic sunflower honey from Lower Austria; and dark, bold organic forest honey from the Hochschwab and Fischbacher Alps region.

With the Quattro Classic, you get the full range from the lightest spring honey to the classic dark honeydew – each variety pure, natural, and without additives. A gift for honey explorers or for your own tasting session on a Sunday morning, with three spoons and water for rinsing in between.

Three generations of beekeeping from Upper Styria

Behind the BIO Imkerei Neber are Anton and Gerlinde Neber, a third-generation family beekeeping business from Sankt Lorenzen im Mürztal in Upper Styria. In 2002, Anton passed his master beekeeper exam at the Styrian Beekeeping School and has since worked with the native Carnica bee, a breed adapted to the Alpine region for centuries. Gerlinde manages the partnership and handles sales in the "Honig-GENUSS-keller."

The Quattro Classic set is assembled by hand jar by jar and packed with care, as Anton describes the gifting process during product discussions. Since 2007, the honey has been extracted gently in the in-house "Honig-GENUSS-keller" without heating. The small jars stay fresh for months

Store the Neber Quattro Classic honey gift in a dark, cool place at 10 to 18 degrees Celsius. The four 50-gram jars remain fresh for many months. If a honey should crystallize, place the closed jar in a 40-degree Celsius water bath for five to ten minutes – no hotter, otherwise the aromas will be lost. The set is particularly well-suited as a seasonal gift or a small thank-you for a birthday, elegantly packaged with a ribbon in the colors of the respective season.
