The Alpe Pragas Christmas Dream fruit spread is a wonderful Christmas jam for the most beautiful holiday of the year. This fruit specialty made from fully ripe, hand-picked apples, oranges, clementines, and rose hips tastes delicious on bread for breakfast, with natural yogurt, or for refining desserts. This Christmas jam is cooked with only a little sugar and apple pectin.
In the Dolomites, the Gruber family has been cultivating berries at an altitude of approximately 1250 meters since 1994. In this alpine mountain climate, the fruits ripen longer and thus develop a particularly intense aroma. Great importance is placed on cultivating the fruits as naturally as possible: the seedlings are planted by hand, the fields are weeded several times until harvest, and irrigated with river and spring water from the Dolomites.
