Filotea Pasta ist ein kleiner Hersteller aus den Marken, der Pasta wie zu Großmutters Zeiten herstellt: aus Hartweizengrieß einer alten Sorte, Weizenmehl Typ 00 und frischen Eiern von Bodenhaltungshühnern. Der Teig wird lange geknetet, dünn ausgerollt und langsam getrocknet.
