My Swabian Maultaschen soup is a handcrafted artisanal soup made from the finest ingredients. The Maultäschle in broth are cooked according to a traditional recipe and are a wonderful, typical Swabian specialty. Original Swabian soup Maultaschen are bathed in a broth cooked from beef bones and vegetables in the best homemade style. Fine dough is filled with a mixture of beef and pork, spinach, and parsley and cooked in broth. Each soup can contains four small Maultaschen.

For me, Swabian Maultaschen soup is home cooking in the best sense of the word. I associate childhood memories with it, as I grew up in Swabia.
