Made from fermented gooseberries, white currants, quince kefir, cold-brewed jasmine tea, and kvass* infused with sweet woodruff and geranium, this drink perfectly balances craftsmanship, depth of flavor, and elegant drinkability.

Passing Clouds – Muri's first creation – is a fresh, easy-to-drink sparkling wine alternative. Named after a psychedelic nightclub in London, it intoxicates – completely without alcohol (<0.4%) – with an enticing scent of flowers, honey, and ripe fruits.
