In this region, the renowned Piedmont hazelnuts of the "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" variety are grown. The Noé family cultivates these hazelnuts at an altitude of about 700 meters, foregoing the use of pesticides and instead using organic fertilizer. After harvesting, the hazelnuts are gently roasted and processed into this high-quality, dark cream.
