Mild, citrusy, floral, on a small scale

On the nose, juniper and lemon; on the palate, mild and elegant, with floral lavender and a subtle spice.

Twelve botanicals work together: juniper at the forefront, complemented by lemon peel, coriander, lavender, and cinnamon bark. The distillery attributes its mildness to the potatoes. Velvety, spicy, floral—that's how it tastes, whether from the small or large bottle.

The Mini is not a different gin, just a smaller portion of it. That is exactly what makes it so practical if you don't want to open a whole bottle right away. Potato gin from the Volcanic Eifel

Behind the Mini is the Windspiel distillery, which distills its gin from its own potatoes from the Weilerhof farm.

Sandra Wimmeler and Denis Lönnendonker founded their distillery in 2014 in the quiet Volcanic Eifel region. The name alludes to Frederick the Great, his potato decree of 1746, and his beloved Windspiel dogs. The big brother of the Mini has won numerous awards, including gold at the World Spirits Award 2016.

Even the small bottle features the distinctive design of its big sister, which has won several design awards. This makes even the sample size a lovely little gift.
