Finely strained fruit spreads completely seedless
At Alpe Pragas, "finely strained" means the fruit is passed through a fine sieve until not a single seed or grain remains. What’s left is a velvety fruit spread from South Tyrol—raspberry, apricot, wild berry, and rosehip—perfectly smooth on bread.
Finely strained fruit spreads from Alpe Pragas are preserves from which every seed has been sieved out. Hailing from the Prags Valley in the Dolomites, these four varieties are passed through a fine sieve until the fruit is velvety and smooth. If you don't like the little seeds found in raspberries or rosehips, this is for you: the same fruit content of up to 75% as our classic line, just silky smooth.
Four velvety varieties
Raspberry, apricot, wild berry, and rosehip are available in finely strained versions from the manufactory, which was founded in 1997. The raspberry loses its seeds, and the rosehip becomes a smooth cream. We particularly enjoy the finely strained apricot in doughnuts, where nothing should get in the way of the texture. The classic fruit spreads with a bite and the entire Alpe Pragas range can be found right next door. Smoothly spread, ready to enjoy.
